Seminar participants will be notified via email promptly.
Seminar participants will be chosen based on:
Evidence of strong commitment to the teaching of the history of the Holocaust and its lessons
Support from school administration to allow professional time to turnaround train other teachers in SY 2009/2010
Willingness to partner with PHEC in local region of the state to provide a workshop in SY 2009/2010
The mission of the PENNSYLVANIA HOLOCAUST EDUCATION COUNCIL is to provide instructional guidance, support and resources for educators who teach the history of the Holocaust and its relevance to contemporary issues across the state of Pennsylvania.
